A Stay with Character & Charm in Krakow

Stepping into this hotel felt like a step back in time, with its unique decor giving a charming vibe. The powerful shower in our room was a highlight, perfect after a long day. I recommend taking the tram directly to the main attractions for an easy commute.

The pool was amazing, and the hydro pool treatments were top-notch! I also loved the proximity to a massive Tesco across the street.

The elegant interiors and marble floors of Hotel Sympozjum & Spa were truly beautiful, making the environment feel luxurious. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and the tram stop right outside made it very convenient for getting around.

Additional amenities for seniors would be beneficial.

wifi barely worked in the room.

The Wi-Fi situation is pretty frustrating. it barely functions in the rooms, forcing me to rely on spotty connection in common areas. The shower had a bit of a mind of its own and leaked, which was annoying. I found the breakfast to be underwhelming. it felt like the food was prepared ahead of time and didn't look fresh when served. Traveling can be a hassle, especially when you have overpriced taxi services mixed with inadequate public transport guidance from the hotel. The decor could use a sprucing up. it feels a bit dated and could use an overhaul to match the contemporary vibe of other areas.

Krakow vibes and lekker food 🍽️

Staff were so friendly and made us feel like family, the brekkie had a nice variety too. fresh fruits, meats, and warm food to kickstart the day! The shower was fantastic, seriously one of the best I've had at a hotel.

Only downside was the Wi-Fi was a bit of a mission in the rooms. had to sit at the reception to get a decent signal.

Proximity to a tram stop facilitated easy access to the city. For a budget-friendly family trip, it's a solid choice, though taxis back to the hotel are more convenient.

Staying in the Standard Double or Twin Room was a mixed bag. The room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. The shower was powerful, definitely one of the highlights. But the bedding was a bit weird. the sheets didn't fit right and I ended up sleeping directly on the mattress a few times. Plus, the vibe felt really dated, almost like a business hotel from the '70s. the noise from outside didn’t help much for a good night’s sleep.
